Jeffrey Feasel was elected to the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Board of Trustees in March 2007. He now serves as vice chair of the Facilities & Capital Planning committee and also serves on the Finance and Investment committees.

A graduate of the University of Findlay, Feasel is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Halifax Community Health System, a continuum of health care affiliated organizations serving Volusia and Flagler (Florida) counties. He has held positions as President and CEO of Halifax Medical Center, Patient Business and Financial Services; Vice President of Halifax Fish Community Health; Director of Patient Financial Services for the Medical College of Ohio Hospitals in Toledo; and Director of Patient Accounts and Director of Admitting at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Feasel serves as President of Halifax Insurance Plans and is also a board member of the Florida Hospital Association and the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Civic League of the Halifax area, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Florida Hospital Association’s Advocacy Committee. Feasel has previously served as President of the Northwest Ohio Patient Account Managers Association and as Chair of the ABC Committee at the Ohio Hospital Association. Additional memberships include the Bethune-Cookman College Business Advisory Board, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the University Hospital Consortium Benchmarking Taskforce.
